Advanced life support (ALS)는 basic life support (BLS)를 따르고 자동제세동기 (자동심장충격기, AED)를 사용하는 고급 중재입니다. ALS 코스의 목적은 ALS 알고리즘, 수동 제세동, 기도관리 및 심폐소생술 (CPR) 중 약물 전달과 심정지급 빈맥 치료를 훈련하는 것입니다. Atlas는 3B Scientific에서 나온 실물 크기 ALS 마네킹입니다. 이는 삽관이 가능한 머리, CPR이 가능한 흉부, IV/IO 가능한 팔과 폼형태의 다리로 구성되어 있습니다. 기도는 혀, 비인두, 구인두, 목젖, 후두개, 과곡구, 성대, 식도, 기관, 갑상 연골, 및 폐를 포함하여 해부학적으로 사실적입니다. 기초 및 고급 기도관리 장치를 이용하여 구강 및 비강 삽관을 모두 실행할 수 있습니다. 흉곽의 고유한 디자인인 덕분에 CPR 중 실제적인 압박 동작이 가능합니다.
Atlas는 무선으로 작동하고 REALITi 360과 완벽하게 연동됩니다. 실시간 CPR 피드백 (압박 및 환기 수치)가 직접 REALITi로 전달되고 컨트롤러 상 REALITi 설정에 의해 맥박이 조절됩니다. 이 두 제품의 조합으로 AHA/ERC 순응 ALS 훈련에 완벽한 솔루션을 제공합니다. 제품을 개봉 후, 전체 시스템을 복잡한 기술적 셋업과 유지관리할 필요 없이 바로 사용할 수 있습니다. Advanced life support (ALS) includes the advanced interventions that follow basic life support (BLS) and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). The ALS course aims to train the ALS algorithm, manual defibrillation, airway management and drug delivery during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and the treatment of peri-arrest arrhythmias.
Atlas is a life-size ALS manikin from 3B Scientific. It features an intubation head, a CPR-capable chest, IV/IO arms and foam legs. The airway is anatomically realistic including tongue, nasopharynx, oropharynx, uvula, epiglottis, vallecular, vocal cords, esophagus, trachea, thyroid cartilages and lung. You can perform both oral and nasal intubation using basic and advanced airway management devices. The unique design of the ribcage allows realistic compression movements during CPR.
Atlas is wireless and integrated with REALITi 360. Real-time CPR feedback (both compression and ventilation values) go directly into REALITi and the pulse is controlled by the REALITi settings on the controller. The combination of these two products offers a complete solution for AHA/ERC compliant ALS training. The whole system can be used straight out of the box and requires no sophisticated technical setup and maintenance. REALITi 360 mimics a selection of different patient monitors, defibrillators and ventilators used in pre-hospital and hospital environments. This means that no real devices and no additional connectors are required to deliver training. This saves money, complexity and the need to source real patient monitors and defibrillators from in/outside the hospital. In addition to adult ALS-Algorithm training with ATLAS, REALITi 360 on its own allows you to carry out different training for medical teams such as ILS, PALS, NLS, ATLS, ECG-/Arrhythmia recognition and treatment, synchronized cardioversion, cardiac pacing and even team resource training. Atlas is lightweight and fully mobile supporting effortless in-situ training.
